14 Days Nairobi City, Mt. Kenya

Day 1:  Arrival NAIROBI-KENYA

​​On arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by our representatives and transferred to Palacina hotel for lunch. In the afternoon have an optional city tour, adventure in the city. This includes a visit to a Karen Blixen, the national museum, Kazuri beads, a popular place for many tourists who have just a few hours to spend seeing the sights of Nairobi. The main showroom and workshop is located close suburbs of Karen, just a stones-throw away from the Karen Blixen Museum which is named after Karen Blixen of the award winning film and book, the carnivore experience the Restaurant serves every type of barbecue meat imaginable, including a variety choices of wild game. Have a chance to taste the African "Punch" cocktail of drinks popularly branded as "Dawa" The garnish of music and entertainment gives haven environment.

Day 2: Adventure In Nairobi

Have breakfast at palacina hotel and leave the premise at eight in the morning. Packed lunch included.

The tour comprise of the City Centre, Shopping areas, colourful markets, conference centre ,Snake Park along with other places of interest and the and Railway Station where the history of this City originates among other buildings.

Visit the Nairobi National Park Safari, the only national park in a city in the whole world. The park is bounded by Hippo pool and has two animal orphanages that is Daphne shedricks which is home for orphaned Elephants and Rhinos and Nairobi Animal Orphanage which is home to many animal species including; lion, cheetah, leopard and many others. Later have the packed lunch.

In the afternoon visit Giraffe Centre and then later to the bomas of Kenya. The homesteads reflect the truly traditional architecture of the Kenyan people have a chance to sample the true taste of the Kenyan Culture at least more than 14 tribes of the Kenya tribes are re-presented at one enclosure.

In the early evening Depart from Nairobi City and drive to rapid camps sagana where we will spend the night.

Day 3:  White Water Rafting

Breakfast at the camp in the early morning.

Move to oldonyo sabuk for morning bird watching, and for game drive. In the afternoon go back to sagana white water rafting, team building and adventure till evening times. Move on to the Nyeri town. Spend the night at treetops hotel.

Day  4 and 5:  Aberdare Ranges And The National Park

Take breakfast and move in with packed lunch

Leave the hotel at 7:30 and travel into the national park for a morning game drive. Engage too in bird watching the park is endowed with 250 species of rare birds and holds the second largest population of black rhino. In the evening of day four engage in hiking in the forest and mountain climbing. Later on camp in the moorlands. On day 5 visit major attraction i.e. including the karuru falls, Kenya’s tallest falls Gura falls the queens cave pavilion and the Dedan Kimathi hideout. In the afternoon engage sport fishing in the rivers.

Day 6 and 7: Olpejeta

Have breakfast in the morning; leave the ark at eight in the morning. Shortly visit the paxtu cottage and the lord Baden Powell’s grave site monument. Later visit olpejeta conservancy. Indulge in activities like guided bush walk, lion tracking , ravine river bird walk , endangered species enclosure ,sweet water chimpanzee sanctuary, morani information centre hippo hide and community visit. Take lunch at morani restraint. Enjoy a night game drive.

Day  8 to 12: Mt. Kenya

Have breakfast and packed lunch and move in

The will take five days using the Naromoru – Chogoria route. it’s the most scenic and interesting route some of the landmark and camps are met station , the vertical valley,Teleki valley ,Mintos hut , lake Michaelson, gorges valley and out through Mt.Kenya bandas. Major attractions we will enjoy are pristine wilderness, lakes, tarns, glaciers, geological variety, forest, mineral springs, rare and endangered species of animals, high altitude adapted plains game, unique montane and alpine vegetation with 11 species of endemic plants.

Day 13:  Lake Nakuru

Depart for Lake Nakuru at 8:00 am via Nyahururu route.

Visit the Thompson falls 70M scenic waterfall on the Ewaso Narok River. We travel overland to Lake Nakuru National Park, also known as 'Ornithological Paradise', for an evening drive.

Day 14: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

Spent the morning in the spectacular alkaline Lake is famously known as the feeding ground of both lesser and greater flamingos. This National park, which is fenced all round is a sanctuary for birds, Rothschild giraffes and both black and white-rhinos, Waterbucks, Buffalos, Gazelles, Lions, Baboons and the elusive Leopards sometimes seen sleeping on the horizontal branches of the Fever trees. Lunch will be served at the lodge in the game park.

Depart from the hotel and head to Nairobi arriving late in the afternoon.
